Avocado Extracts
Peru Avocado extracts are a very rich source of various Vitamins (C, E, B2, B3, B5) and Oelic acid. Avocado extracts are known for their excellent skin hydrating and moisturising property. Continuous usage of Avocado extracts help control fine lines and wrinkle appearance on outermost layer of the skin. They also calm irritated, itchy skin and help reduce redness that may have been caused by any external factor.

Vitamin C
Vitamin C prevents damage from UV light and also reduces melanin production in the skin cells.

Vitamin E
Vitamin E prevents damage from UV light, and also reduces various skin surface disorders.

Niacinamide (Vitamin B3)
Ceramide production enhancement is one of the many advantages of Vitamin B3. It also helps in making the skin stronger and healthier, better hydrated, and less sensitive.

Sodium Hyaluronate
Sodium Hyaluronate is the salt form of Hyaluronic Acid, the most talked about skincare ingredient. While, these are related, and both known to be great hydration agents, reducing fine lines, reducing wrinkles, keeping skin moisturised and appear more shiny, soft and supple, etc., Sodium Hyaluronate has a much smaller size and molecular weight and that property makes it penetrate deeper into the skin, keeping the skin moisturised and hydrated deep inside.

Aloe Vera
Aloe Vera is a water-storing plant in a gel-like form that contains vitamins, antioxidants, minerals, and amino acids – all beneficial for face and neck.

Glycerine
Plant-derived natural intense skin moisturizer. Glycerine is known to help the skin retain its moisture levels and hydration. Used to relieve dryness and as a skin softener. It is also believed to have antimicrobial properties.

Cocamidopropyl Betaine
It is a 100% sulphate free coconut oil derived mild cleanser added to gently lather the face wash.

Acrylate Co-polymer
A mild film-forming polymer, used for water resistance in skincare products. So mild, that they are also used in baby skincare products.

Decyl Glucoside
Plant-derived ultra-mild cleanser with mild foaming properties.

Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate
100% sulphate free, coconut oil derived mild foaming agent, known to be very gentle on skin. It is also known to be an incredible moisturizer. It is totally environment friendly.

Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate
100% Sulphate free, coconut oil derived mild cleansing agent, known for being gentle on skin. It is a biodegradable product know to provide medium foaming much different from harsh surfactants.

Phenoxyethanol
It is a mild preservative known for its anti-bacterial properties.

A cleanser that also serves to balance pH in a cosmetic product.

Usage?
It is recommended that we wash our face twice daily – morning and before going to bed. We recommend to use it twice a day. But if need be, the product is mild enough to be used even three times a day.

Is the product sulphate, parabens free?
Yes, it is 100% sulphate & paraben free.

How can soap be made without sulphates?
This is a special Japanese formulation made with Coconut & other plant oil derived mild cleansers. Guaranteed 100% sulphate free.

Is it suitable for all skin types?
Yes, the product has gone through a series of human tests with patrons having oily, normal, dry and sensitive skin. The mild cleansers get rid of all oil, dirt, and pollutants from the skin, and the rich Vitamin blend (Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin B3) and Hyaluronic Acid help in deep moisturizing action.

Most facewash has a colour of ingredients, while this has no colour, Why?
Most natural ingredients like extracts and essential oils have no colour (as they are purified and mostly steam distilled). Many brands add artificial colour to enhance look, for example – a kiwi face is generally green, and a papaya face wash is yellow!!

We don’t use any artificial colours or dyes, not even food grade.

Will it irritate the eyes?
The product was tested on over 350 patrons from different parts of India (all climates, most skin types), and no eye irritation feedback was noted. As we have used very mild and 100% sulphate free ingredients, it will not give you any eye issues, unless you have some eye sensitivity. If sensitivity persists please stop using the product.

I have oily skin, can I use moisturizing face wash?
It’s a myth that people with oily skin cannot use moisturizers. The important point is that such skin types need a regular cleansing followed by a regimen of moisturizing. A few weeks of such practice gets rid of extra oiliness from the skin.

How do Vitamins added to the face wash help skin?

How many times a day can this product be used for oily skin?
Two times for people with slight oily skin, and three times for people with a more oily skin.

Is the product packaging recyclable?
All our products are made with great determination to protect Mother Earth, and not cause any more harm to nature. For many years now, we only use recycled paper in all our packaging. We also use recycled plastic and all the plastic we use can be further recycled. We don’t use any varnish and avoid using unnecessary plastic in packaging. Our outer shipping packaging is also made from recycled paper.

Has this product been tested on animals?
We have never tested any of our products on animals, and will never do.

Your products don’t claim to be ‘100% natural’ or ‘100% organic’. Why?
We don’t make such claims, as our focus is ‘truly performing skincare’, and that’s exactly what matters to our patrons. We use organic farmed natural ingredients when their percentage in a product exceeds 5%.

We believe (and know) that there isn’t anything like 100% natural in skincare, except ‘DIY @ home’.

But, many times our skin troubles start with DIY or using so-called ‘organic’ products.

At Hada Secrets Japan, we use the best natural ingredients and blend them with the best actives. Our ‘ingredients quality + our formulations’ make all the good difference to your skin.

Wet your face with water and use adequate amount of face wash to apply to your face & neck. You can lather a bit in the palms or use your fingertips to apply to your face & neck. Massage to lather gently in circular motions. Rinse off and pat dry with a towel.

Pro-Tips

Avoid very hot water to cleanse your face, as it will deplete the face & neck skin of natural oils, and make it excessively dry. Use lukewarm water instead.

Don’t lather excessively, else it will dry your skin.

Avoid harsh scrubbing, as that is the first step towards acne break-out. Using facewashes with beads and powders should be always avoided.

Don’t rub your towel to dry the face, instead always pat dry. This keeps the moisture in the skin.
